Refund and Cancellation Policies

1. Program Enrollment Refunds

• Full Refund: A full refund is available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days prior to the program start date.
• Partial Refund: If you cancel within 7 days of the program’s start, a 50% refund will be issued.
• No Refunds: Once the program has started, no refunds will be provided.

2. Cancellation by Us

In the rare event that we cancel a program, a full refund will be provided, or you may choose to transfer your enrollment to a future session.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

4. Changing Enrollment

You may request to change your enrollment to another program date up to 7 days before the start of the course, subject to availability.
